Amy Van Dyken has 6 gold medals from the Olympics (1996 and 2000). A sprint star, Amy helped 4 American Relays claim Olympic victory and in 1996, she individually won the 50 Free and 100 Fly.
Amy runs the Amy Van Dyken Foundation, also known as, Amy's Army: a network of dedicated individuals that aim to improve the lives of people with spinal cord injuries. In June 2014, Amy was severely injured in an ATV accident that left her paralyzed from the waist down.
