Battery Sales AgreementCharging Rules
- Only use the proper Lithium Polymer / Li-ion charger.
- Never charge batteries unattended.
- Do not leave batteries charging overnight.
- Charge on a fireproof surface away from flammable materials.
- Let the battery cool to room temperature before charging.
- Do not charge multiple packs in series on a power strip.
Stop Using Immediately If
- The battery starts to balloon or swell.
- The battery smokes.
- The battery radiates unusual heat.
- The battery is dropped or punctured.
- The battery appears damaged in any way.
Storage & Handling
- Keep away from children.
- Store at room temperature between 40°F and 80°F for best results.
- Do not expose to direct sunlight or extreme heat for extended periods.
- Never store or charge inside a hot car.
- When transporting in a vehicle, keep temperature between 20°F and 150°F.
- Charge the battery every 2 months if not being used.
- Replace old batteries after 500 full charges or 2 years, whichever comes first.
- Do not throw lithium batteries away.
Recycling
Do not throw lithium ion batteries in the trash. Recycle old batteries at a local lithium battery recycling center. Many Lowe’s or Home Depot locations accept rechargeable battery recycling.
