This episode is brought to you by Aquavolo, the inventor of Drag Sox, one of my favorite pieces of training equipment. There is no simpler training tool to build power in the water than a pair of Drag Sox. Which is exactly why we partnered with them. Order a pair of Drag Sox, type in "BRETT" at checkout, and save 10%! Available globally! This offer is good through November so order now!
