It’s a great product the design for the waterproof case needs to be fixed so that the buttons can be used without having to take the clock in and out of the case every time.
Came with no instructions. When asked, they wanted $35 to explain its use.
You must have called the wrong number because service is free - we would never charge you $35 to answer questions on how to use it. If you need any help please give the Swimnerd Hotline call immediately. Thanks Ramon
I've only used my personal pace clocks three times. I've only used them on the simplest mode as a digital pace clock. I bought them so I'd have a clock at each end of my lane instead of having to look straight into the sun in the morning at the huge scoreboard clock that forces us to look directly into the sun for awhile each day.
I've figured out when to press the On button to synch them with the big clock. It's nice and bright (adjustable) and easy to see. I have to charge them each time before I use them. Our workouts are 90 minutes and as the product description says, that's no challenge for these. I turned them off for two days and went back to practice, wondering if they held their charge. No. So far I'm very pleased. Everyone wants to know about them.
Works as expected. Can’t see the pace clock on the wall, so I wanted something small I could sit in the deck. Easily readable. Holds a good charge. Easy to operate. Very happy with my purchase. Forget how much harder a pace clock makes me work ;).
