Episode #142 Arthur Albiero
Arthur Albiero has been the Head Coach of the Men's and Women's Swimming & Diving Teams at the University of Louisville since 2003. When he took the job there was no culture of winning. The men had half a scholarship. The pool was in a basement. Fast forward 18 years and all that has been turned around.
Born in Brazil, Arthur has had major success at U of L, recently winning the Men's ACC Championship just last week by 2 pts. Arthur was named to Team USA's coaching staff for the 2016 Rio Olympics and served as Head Coach for Pan Pacs the following year.
